The crunch of leaves as we head out on cosy walks, the feel of our favourite knit against our skin, the golden hues that fill our eyes with every corner we turn. Autumn’s coming and we simply cannot wait!

We know that summer’s still here for the next few weeks… but if you’re anything like us, you’re already gearing up to deck out your home with the cutest autumnal details and are thinking about what date days you can pop in the calendar for pumpkin spiced lattes with your favourite girls and crispy woodland walks with your plus one. We’re so ready for it all, are you?

What do you love most about the season? Maybe it’s the cosy layers calling your name from the back of the wardrobe (we’ve been missing that one snuggly sweater that we come back to year after year!). Or, maybe it’s wrapping up and walking through a landscape of burnt oranges, deep reds and warm ambers. Maybe it’s fireworks night with your besties, with the oohs, the ahhhs and a hot chocolate in hand. Or, maybe it’s pumpkin picking and your yearly competition of who can create the spookiest carving?

You know it’s coming when you slip on a light jacket “just in case” or suddenly crave a walk that ends in a cosy pub lunch with a roast dinner and all the trimmings. It’s the first morning you notice your breath in the air. It’s spotting conkers on the pavement and acorns under trees. It’s seeing your favourite coffee shop teasing the return of the Pumpkin Spice Latte and feeling that spark of joy you didn’t even realise you were waiting for.

And then there’s your autumn uniform… The cosy cardis, jumpers, scarves, and beanies. We start to trade bright summer palettes for deeper, cosier tones: rust, forest green, and biscuit beige. Your wardrobe starts to whisper, "Bring on the cold".

There’s more time for cuddles under blankets, more excuses to stay in with your favourite film (or movie marathons with popcorn in hand). It's a season of reflection, comfort and nostalgia – and the very beginning of all the festive excitement too.

So yes – we’re calling it early. Autumn is just around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited.
